Diet
The University Food Service offers the greatest possible variety of high quality, delicious fresh foods. Because of the wide variety of foods available, we have found that almost any dietary need can be satisfied. However, Food Service is not equipped to cater to special dietary needs beyond what is usually available. Currently, about 90% of the food served is organic, and none is genetically modified. If you would like information on specific foods, please check the bulletin board in the dining hall.
Suggestions
The Food Service staff is dedicated to fulfilling the desires of the entire community. Suggestions for improvements are always welcome. If you have a suggestion or compliment, please submit it to the door checker when you exit. Please fully complete the suggestion slip, including your name and address, so we can give you a prompt response.
