While it might seem that a university with “Management” in its name would have a diminished presence in the arts, that is not the case at MUM. In fact, MUM is situated in Fairfield, Iowa, which is a hotbed of artistic creativity in terms of painting, drawing, sculpture, poetry, theatre, and dance.

Many graduates of MUM still live in the Fairfield community and produce creative works of many kinds, both professionally and out of an ongoing passion for beauty and personal creativity. These efforts often provide opportunities for inspiration, learning and even participation on the part of MUM students.

On campus, MUM enjoys the creative output of its faculty and staff in its Art, Music, Literature/Creative Writing, and Media & Communications programs. One benefit of  Consciousness-based Education℠, is enhanced creativity, plus increased energy to help manifest creative ideas.
