Students say thanks

Recently one of the 60 Computer Professionals Program students working in a practical training job at Microsoft sent a note to Dr. Keith Levi, Chairman of the Computer Science Department at Maharishi University of Management. Yirga Legesse Mulat, from Ethiopia, wrote:

“Hi Dr. Levi,

Currently I am working at Microsoft as Software Design Engineer in Test (SDET). I am writing to say thank you for what you did while I was on campus. You gave me all the courage that I needed to be successful in my career. I am now in a good position and I have the confidence to try anything. The way you treat students contributes a lot to their success. Keep it up!

You probably remember my brother, Lakew, who was also your student. He joined the BizTalk server team at Microsoft and is doing great. It is a great experience to work at Microsoft where there is a very dynamic environment.

Once again, thank you all!”

MSCS students at Maharishi University of Management study on campus for 7.5 months and then begin practical training jobs for up to two years. 276 students are currently working at companies throughout the U.S.
