Learn how to promote development of consciousness through a few simple steps, including adding nutrients that may be missing vegetarian food, optimizing sleep, and avoiding common negative influences such electromagnetic radiation. Dr. Suurkula will give some advice for preventing back disorders.

About Dr. Suurkula
Dr. Suurkula has been a Governor since 1973 and is the national director of Estonia. He is trained in Maharishi Ayur-Veda and certified to train physicians in Maharishi Ayur-Veda and integrative medicine. He was commissioned by Maharishi to create and lead a Maharishi hospital and college for Consciousness-Based integrative medicine. Dr. Suurkula uses a broad interdisciplinary approach based on Maharishi Ayur-Veda and integrating the best from various natural health systems, naturopathic nutrition, and modern medicine. 

Dr. Suurkula is a specialist in internal medicine and occupational health. He has conducted research in pharmacology and interdisciplinary research on aging and on occupational shoulder-back and neck disorders. He has been an expert witness in more than 300 cases at appeal court level regarding occupational injuries.
